If there are injuries the responsible adults should stay at the scene and provide help or first aid, notify the parents of the child or kids who got injured and fill out the report for the incident happened, as required by the school policy. Sick Child – Do not give medications unless the parents or guardian is told, a responsible individual should stay with the ill child and in case of life threatening emergency: call 911 and the parent and responsible school authority should be notified immediately.
Same with the procedure of accident, a responsible individual will fill out the report stating the incident as required by the school policy. First aid should be given if it’s needed. The parents should also be informed to pick up the child and take it to doctor or to the hospital.
