Based on the1966 world food submitted in Rome, Italy food security is when everyone, at alltimes, has access to adequate food and security, as well as a nutritious sourceof food to meet the needs of life to support it further. Then in the world foodsubmit 1966 also discusses the issues of food security and nutrition in thecountries.Based on data ontothe International fund and agricultureit is known that there are about 815 Million world population experiencinghunger. Approximately 1.

4 Billion earns less than US $ 1.25 per day, so thoseearning US $ 1.25 Per Day are classified as poor. The estimated worldpopulation will reach 10 billion by 2050. Feed to 50 percent globally.

And lessthan 40% of food crops will be degraded, and even that percentage far greaterwhen looking at the impact of climate change that occurs in the earth given theincreasing intensity of weather changes on earth. As globalpopulation growth continues to increase, the percentage of global hungerincreases to 11% of the global population. A high enough percentage for foodresilience issues that need to be solved together. In addition to the risingpercentage of global hunger, there are some issues that arise regarding foodand nutrition issues in the world. Based on data from the Food and Agricultural Organizatio of United Nation: ”World hunger is on the rise: the estimated numberof undernourished people increased from 777 million in 2015 to 815 million in2016 In addition to an increase in the proportion of the world’s populationthat suffers from chronic hunger (prevalence of undernourishment), the number ofundernourished people on the planet has also increased to 815 million, up from777 million in 2015. This sobering news comes in a year in which famine struckin parts of South Sudan for several months in 2017 and food insecuritysituations at risk of turning into famines were identified in otherconflict-affected countries, namely Nigeria, Somalia and Yemen.”From the data thathas been explained, we can see that the results of data makes worried to globalimpact about the food and nutrition security problem.

Increasing famine rates forsome countries are not only due to the unfulfilled production of nutritiousfood in a country, but can be attributed to low levels of capital income in acountry, stagnant export and import activities, poor production of goods andservices, and conflicts are still common. Thus, access to food is worsening andcausing an increase in food prices in a country’s domestic. This situation willfurther to exacerbate the adequacy of food in a country.

Then, raise globalfood products as the population of the world grows. However, the increase inglobal demand can lead to a decrease in the availability of food production inboth physiological state, investment factor, state investment factor ineconomic development and agricultural system. For somecountries, there are some that who have sufficient food security.

However, theresulting food production is often far away from the nutrients that should bepresent in their food. Which cause children in some countries has malnutritionor even can be called malnutrition. Lack of nutrition will cause some healthproblems for children such as increased their risk of impaired cognitiveabilities, weakened performance at school, and dying from infections. And atthe same time, various forms of malnutrition are still cause for concernworldwide.

 C.   RESEARCH FINDINGS In solving global humanitarianproblems, it takes the activeness of global countries and societies to jointlybuild and realize a better world. A key point in solving this problem, inaddition to the active role of the global community, needs to be an active roleof international institutions and organizations. In the implementation ofinternational organizations play a very important role. In dealing with thesefood securities and nutrition issues, international organizations such asUnited Nation have an active role in handling this matter. Such as handlingprograms are made to solve this problem.

And also on food and nutritionsecurity is is inserted in agenda on sustainable development goals (SDG) by endhunger, achieve food security and improve nutritions and promote sustainableagriculture. In the agenda, it is explained that: 2.1 by 2030 end hunger and ensureaccess by all people, in particular the poor and people in vulnerablesituations including infants, to safe, nutritious and sufficient food all yearround2.2 by 2030 end all forms ofmalnutrition, including achieving by 2025 the internationally agreed targets onstunting and wasting in children under five years of age, and address thenutritional needs of adolescent girls, pregnant and lactating women, and olderpersons2.3 by 2030 double theagricultural productivity and the incomes of small-scale food producers, particularly women, indigenous peoples, family farmers, pastoralists andfishers, including through secure and equal access to land, other productiveresources and inputs, knowledge, financial services, markets, and opportunitiesfor value addition and non-farm employment2.4 by 2030 ensure sustainablefood production systems and implement resilient agricultural practices thatincrease productivity and production, that help maintain ecosystems, thatstrengthen capacity for adaptation to climate change, extreme weather, drought, flooding and other disasters, and that progressively improve land and soilquality2.5 by 2020 maintain geneticdiversity of seeds, cultivated plants, farmed and domesticated animals andtheir related wild species, including through soundly managed and diversifiedseed and plant banks at national, regional and international levels, and ensureaccess to and fair and equitable sharing of benefits arising from theutilization of genetic resources and associated traditional knowledge asinternationally agreed.

From what has been stated in thegoals that will be achieved in sustainable development goals, it appears thatinternational organizations are highly influential in global development. Internationalorganizations can serve as a forum for countries to be able to make influentialstate decisions in helping to realize sustainable development goals. The rolethat an international organization can run by ensuring the future of the worldand humanity better in the future and improving the quality of life of peoplearound the world, both present and future generations, without exploiting theuse of natural resources beyond the capacity and carrying capacity of theearth. Based on Food and Agriculture Oranizationof the United Nation, as an organization that handles the strategy achievingthe 2030 agenda for Sustainable Development in the sector food and nutrition security, there are several key message that been promoted that is Food and Agricultureare key to achieving the entire set of SDGs in this section explaining not onlyabout food, also about livelihoods and the management of natural resourcesseparately. The second message is we can end hunger in 2030, campaigning theagenda of sustainable development goals in alleviating poverty and hunger byworking directly with the government of a country, involving business groupglobal or regional, or another who can supported the project bout food andnutritions  security.

The third messageis ready to support, support not only from the United Nation agency, but alsopeople all around the world to act actively in this project.   D.   REQUESTED DECISION/ACTION The action that taken collectively amongthe nation in realizing these goals, should also give a positive impact on theenvironment of the global community. In the development of health through foodand nutrition security should also Conduct actions that can give effect toeconomic development, because the economic banners have a two-way relationshipwith health development on a global scale. Economic development will directlyaffect the health of the human population, but the health of the populationwill also affect economic development. Health is a highly influential andindispensable resource for economic development at regional and internationallevels. High population health figures can increase the productivity of thepopulation. Increasing per capita income, which then nationally gives theaggregate impact of the country’s gross domestic product per capita, on thecontrary, economic development has a direct effect on the sustainable abilityof the system needed for the population to create good health and quality oflife.

There a lot of actions that need to bedone together to achieve goals in food and nutrition security, may strengthenfood production systems in both regional and international sectors. Bystrengthening the production system, it will decrease the possibility of stockprices and reduced stock in the food production market. Then, use the power ofyoung people globally.

Young people have good spirit and potential for alarge-scale project. Young people are able to invite and raise the awareness ofglobal community to know about international issues about the sustainabledevelopment goals especially in the food and nutrition security. As has been described, in the world thelevel of hunger increases every year, it is necessary for the youths’ role toraise awareness of other young people in the country where there are people whoare still in a difficult situation to access food. With this awareness-raisingcampaign, it is hoped that it will help to decrease the number of hungerglobally, which continues to increase as the country’s population grows.

Development of agricultural cropproduction with more efficient methods and can increase nutritional levels infood products produced. As the global era grows, it will be better iftechnological developments can also be used to improve the quality of foodproducts. Then, besides it can also do the raised methodof production methods that can be done by food producers in creating nutritiousfood. Food and nutrition security is not just food and hunger. It also relatesto low income lift, high population growth rate, weak farming system.

That way, things need to be done not just for the affairs of the related sector. Withimprovements in the sector can reduce global hunger, reduce malnutrition, reduce childhood nutritional deficiencies and run out of food in the country. Thusends hunger and all forms of malnutrition by 2030. Ensures universal access tothe adequacy of nutritious food throughout the year
