Human resource is the monitor of any work or business regardless the kind of work. Moreover, human resources are the reason of either success or failure of the business. For this reason, to improve and develop the abilities, productivity, commitment and motivation of this important source human resource is found.
Human resource is an innovative department in all organizations to pledge its ability to compete and continue in the market .So human resources main purpose is to drive the business to excel in the market and to be distinguished in the clot between its competitors through recruiting and selection, training and development, reward structure and motivation and by retention. When it comes to analyze the structure of an organization and its employee’s it’s important to consider the importance of the human resource department and the role that it occupies to improve the powers and abilities of the organization. One of the main roles of human resources is recruiting and development .Recruitment is a process that takes place between organization or managers and candidate. It helps the company to choose qualifies employees for proper positions. Moreover, it help’s both sides to express their needs and expectations. Also recruitment is one of the main steps that support organizations with productivity and commitment .
I order to achieve an excellent team with different abilities. So that will be the main strength point that differentiates them from the many other competitors. But this process stay’s insufficient without an effective selection to complete. Selection of right person for the role and team contribute in the growth and success of the organization. Follow up is the signature of a successful human resource team, since just recruiting is not enough to fill the vacancies .
But they have to follow up on the employee, provide him with trainings and knowledge e could use to result in a better outcome .Moreover, human resource aims by these trainings to develop the skills of the employees they have and as a key to attract skilled candidate to join and differentiate itself from others in the market. The bond of a company with its employee’s standout in the reward structure and motivation it can `offer. Human resource in this process has the power to understand team needs and know how to reward them in several ways either tangible or intangible. Human resource represents each and every human found in a company, they support them, and they motivate them, to reach their demands to the higher management. And this option creates a great trust between the employee and the human resource. At last, any person is looking forward to be rewarded and appreciated.
The last process that human resource plays a role in is retention. According to the feedback that human resource get from managers they decide if they deserve the promotion ,reward and retention with the team of the organization and be part of its achievements. Moreover, human resource try to have a high retention rate in market because it gives the company reputation that they care to improve the skills and develop their staff. Tis reputation is capable to increase the competition with other companies in market.
The best example that summarizes the importance of human resource management in improving and developing the position of the company and in increasing the intensity of the competition is A.B.C Company. A.B.C is one of the well-known companies in Lebanon that have about tree malls and more than six department stores.
It is the perfect example for the company that make a difference in the Lebanese market with human resource management it has. Human resource management increase its position to the high levels of competition since it is the first company in Lebanon that recruit women in their stores .their human resource are considered as consultant due to addition they make in the recruiting process and due to holding employee rights to the high level of respect and commitment. This company affords their staff all technicalities to improve and develop their skills, also they look to have a qualified staff by attending them trainings and giving them knowledge. Moreover, it motivates staff by bonus, incentive, rewards and promotion. IN addition, they obey all the small details in the Lebanese law that preserves workers’ rights toward their organization.
Candidates look to get job in success companies to add experience to their CVs and to benefit from the tangible and intangible submissions. These submissions tat human resource seek to afford for its employee make it a hard target for competitors to reach.
