As a business professional I would consider implementing duty of care towards the factory workers.
Duty of care is about having a moral obligation to ensure the safety and well-being of others. In other words it can be described as we as business professionals are protecting the health and safety of workers by eliminating or minimising risks arising from work and workplaces. Duty of care would be my primary purpose as a business professional in order to conduct a business. As it talks about providing safer working environment that is without risk to health, providing better wages so that the workers can support themselves and their families adequately
