Teamwork is effective for enhancing the performance, cohesiveness in the group and to maintain a proper culture. Proper delegation of responsibility and the development of proper plan for the completion of goal is the major objective of a team (Hughes, ; Jones, 2013). The members in our teams are Suchaya Jaruspitayakul, Christian Lazarevski, Jacob Clements, Mackellar Turnbull and Zac. The purpose of this reflective report is to focus on the issues which were faced by the members of the team for the successful completion of the assignment. This reflective report focuses on the personal experience while working in the group presentation.

In addition to this , analysis of interpersonal dynamics in the group, analysis of performance of the individuals in the group has been Along with this analysis related to the success or failure of the group in the presentation has been done and conclusion of the reflective report The group which was formed for the presentation and random all the five members form (Suchaya Jaruspitayakul, Christian Lazarevski, Jacob Clements, Mackellar Turnbull and Zac) were from different culture and thus there was a great diversity among the members in the group. This diversity has also resulted in the difference in the ethical values related to the work, effective communication, sense of responsibility and many more. Our group faced all these challenges. We didn’t appoint a leader nominally, Christian is the one who organized everything in our team. Everybody in our team did a good job and the division of our job is show as follow.

The topic of our presentation was research and analyze responsible management principles and practices. Our scenario are to assume that a company you work for has not had any experience with development of a diversity management framework and that you need to present a framework to the board describing the approach student will use to manage and respect the people represented and working within your organization and compare how different countries have different values or consider how your organization may adhere to a gender diversity policy or represent the ages of the employees in your organization equally.  Our group use Facebook chat to take in group. The group has not set the rules but we did our task by ourselves and then we put task together before presentation. Our team didn’t change any process because we done on time. Group has faced various challenges from the initial state but at the end on the day of presentation , we were succeeded in the delivering the presentation in an effective manner.

According to my experience, we all were successful in giving our best because of the contribution of all team members. My team has faced some challenges because we all lacking in the skills for the management of a team. It is therefore, very important and crucial for a team to manage the diversity in the team for avoiding the situation of any kind of conflict (Lee, 2008) The author has also explained that while working in a team, conflict is a situation that should be avoided in any case. The literature has also supported that there is a difference between the efficiency of the work when it is performed by an individual and by a team. There is a great efficiency when is work is accomplished in a team. In this group presentation, the members of the team were supposed to work for many weeks together for preparing the presentation, so, there is a need of developing the trust among all the group members and all the team members should do justification with their assigned duties otherwise the work cannot be done successfully (DeChurch ; Mesmer-Magnus, 2010).

Most of team member came from Australia but 1 or 2 member from different culture different country but we can adapt different culture from different country to group. The group make it essay. Aspects of diversity than can applied to our group are age, education, ethnicity, language or lifestyle. We all did a good jobs in the team, which really improved our efficiency in solving any tasks ahead of us, Although sometimes we might have different options, we would reach a consensus later because we know that diversions of point of view need to be converged in the end so as to make a final decision, which definitely assist in planning our strategy overall. Every team member do each country then the work equal with another team members.

The group doesn’t have problem with ‘Equal Contribution’ Policy everyone know this policy. At every workplace, teamwork is an effective approach for the completion of the work in an effective manner and along with this it enhances the performance of all the members in the team. In my group, all the members have performed in an effective manner and we were able to deliver the best presentation on the final day. The challenges related to the diversity in culture, ethical values, proper communication, conflicts need to be avoided and resolved for maintaining cohesiveness in the team and to achieve cooperation from all the team members.
