YouTube should be treated differently than Facebook, which is different from Twitter, which is different from Google+.-Social media can be use for personal and business purpose.-Most people I know checks and interact on social site constantly throughout the day.-The most used device to access social media web is a mobile phone.WEEK THREE- (28, 29, 30 December 2017) -Research on whether or not social media is addictive?- Most of the major social network companies, as well as social content creators, are working hard every day to make their networks so addictive that you can’t resist them.
-Researches shows that social media it is addictive, so addictive that the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual for Mental Disorder consider including “internet addiction disorder” in the most recent publication of the hand book for psychologists.-Facebook alone has 1.4 billion profiles, and 1.
06 billion of those (15 percent of the world’s population) use Facebook regularly.-Harvard University also conducted a study on the addictiveness of social media, and researchers concluded that disclosing information about oneself engage the same area of the brain associated with pleasure.-Usage of the major social media platform varies by factor such as age, gender and educational attainment. -Most of the population using social media are between the age of 18-29.- The statistics prove that social media can be quite addictive. A person must monitor their behaviour and usage to avoid the pitfalls of becoming addicted. WEEK FOUR- (1,2 January 2018)-Revise the notes, consider the relationship between the notes.
