It is Lifelong Learning program run by Council of the Isles of Scilly. Most of students in my course have never had any practice with drawing or painting, so they are quite confident in saying they cannot paint at all. My main role as a teacher is to convince learners they can paint, be more confident about medium, less self judging, I have to deliver subject in interesting manner, engage learners and keep them motivated and eager to learn more.
My responsibilities: deliver subject, make sure learners fell confortable and safe strictly following safeguarding requirements, protect the interests of all learners and respect the trust, carry out administrative requirements, complying with relevant regulatory requirements, legislation, follow Council of the Isles of Silly policies and procedures, and codes of practice and record learners progress.
