Exposition Rising Action Climax Falling Action Resolution The beginning is in the palace with Lady Macbeth telling Ross about what happened with Macbeth seeing Banquo’s ghost.           After Lennox tells Ross the story Lady Macbeth told him, they start to think he’s mentally ill.  Lennox and Ross are whispering about something quietly as Lady Macbeth enters the room and she makes them tell her what they were talking about.

After Lady Macbeths exposes what they were talking about, they go into a room to continue their conversation about Macbeth and say how they really feel about him as Lady Macbeth eavesdrops on them. After listening in to how they feel about Macbeth, Lady Macbeth gets upset and breaks down the door and starts screaming at them. Voice How? Think of the overall effect you would like your narrative to have on the reader.
