Cookies in Style (Snickerdoodles)
Ingredients:½ cup unsalted butter, ½ cup Splenda, 1/3 cup Splenda brown sugar mixture, 1 large egg, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar, ¼ tsp salt, Cinnamon-Splenda mixture consisting of 1/4 cup Splenda and 2 teaspoon cinnamon.
Cooking Method: Mix sugar and butter with the help of a mixture until a fluffy texture is obtained. Now, add vanilla and egg in the mixture then beat all the ingredients on medium-high speed for 3 minutes. Next, add baking soda, salt, flour, cream of tartar and beat all the ingredients on low speed until all the ingredients are combined. Now, roll out 1 tbsp-sized ball of dough and refrigerate the balls for 1 hour. Now, preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet. Roll the prepared dough balls in the cinnamon sugar mixture and bake for about 8-10 minutes.
