First I took the keirsey Temperament Sorter personality test. “The Keirsey Temperament Sorter (KTS) could be used to indicate the way people learn to think about decisions. The KTS test was used to analyze the potential linkages between situational personality traits that are known to be important to decision-making skills.
This test measures situational personality by focusing on learned behavior.”- Dammier, Patricia Riley. The elements of personality that are being measured are supervisors, inspectors, providers, and protectors which are guardians.The four temperament are guardians,artists ,idealist and rational. “Educators across the nation have opportunities to discover their teaching styles, as well as identify their personality traits and/or temperament as strategies for improving their effectiveness in the classroom. Most educators are familiar with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicators, which provide information on sixteen personality types” -Juanita Warren. When I took the personality test I was between E and I,NFand between P and J.
The letter E stand for extraversion which involves in interacting with people,taking interest in broad topics ,tend to act first than to think and ect, but I think I’m more of an Introversion which, involves in concentrating on a few, deep issues and think things through before acting.Then i’m more of a N letter,which possibly stands for Intuition that looks at potential and the possibilities of many things. F which stands for feelings. It involves in using values,taking a personal,valuing and appreciating many things and etc. The letter J stands for judgement structures and controls life’s,making decisions and having a closure and etc. Letter P stands for perception in flexibility, inquiring, being spontaneous,and etc. I am a guardian temperament ,which I do tend to be cautions about things and my surroundings,responsible and etc. I am helpful ,hard worker and I am trustworthy person.
