Inclusive education means that all students attend and are welcomed by neighborhoodlike schools in age appropriate, regular classes and are supported to learn, contribute and participate in all aspects of life of the school. it also involves the development of education and design the classrooms as well as its activities so that all students learn and participate together. The neighbourhood schools should be the hearts of communities as they are essential for quality inclusive educational system.Intrinsic barriers include physical, sensory and neurological development, impairment chronic illness, psycho- disturbance and differing intellectual ability.
These types of illness are innate and therefore can’t be cured but understood and maintain to the utmost level of a child. They can cause a child to have certain barriers in learning especially if a child is not catered for. While the extrinsic barriers are those factors that arise externally or outside the learner, but impact on a child’s leaning. Factors like family, school and community or socioeconomic, child negligence and children with disabilities.
