English is an international language, and learning of English is necessary in almost all the countries of the world. In order to fulfill the needs of present time and in order to progress inchmeal we cannot abnegate the importunity of learning English. However, it has been observed that previously established methodologies are still being used in the classroom.
Language teacher should focus more on pronunciation and speaking. In this way students will feel confident and they will be able to speak English fluently. The correct use of pronunciation and articulation can bring a well-formed language structure.
Pronunciation is the key element of learning another language. Generally, pronunciation plays an important role in helping learner become an intelligible speaker. (Marley, 1998) Researcher would like to help the student to be confident when it comes to speaking. Teacher should develop this ability in students to speak English with confidence and correct pronunciation.
Statement of the problem
The present study was undertaken to determine the causes of pronunciation problem among students of primary level. The problem has been titled as
