Marriage is a sacred union between a man and a woman, thus, marriage must be cherished and valued with loyalty, patience, and mostly with love. But what if the love of both spouse that they once shared, go and fades away? What if the lov become weak and toxic? What if everything changes and the both person started to live of full of misery? What if their problems become unbearable? And what if the only solution to solve the problem is divorce? Divorce should implemented in the Philippines. Present situation demands for it. Since the Philippines is the one of two nations that does not recognizing the legalisation of divorce, as a means to end a marriage.
The divorce bill has been languished in the Philippines Congress for 13 years. Divorce has not been legalized in the Philippines but the legalisation of divorce has been approved at the committee level in the House of Representatives. It is the first time for the last of 13 years that the bill has been close for being passed into a law, says the divorce was tabled parliament in 2005 (De Jesus).
Let just us think the people who suffer from the misery unhappiness braught by their marriage. Divorce gives people the freedom to live happy again and start a new fresh life, from too much misery that they been experiencing in their marriage. Divorce should be legalized in the Philippines for the sake of people experiencing loveless marriage.
