Using Big Data in Smart Learning Environment to increase the Availability of Data among the Distributed Systems
Nowadays, the human population are increased compared to the before decades. As the growth of the technology, every people is used the technology and share the information through the phone. There is a lot of information shared within a minute around the world. The administrator was inconvenient to handle the whole database. So the administrator is decided to store the information in cloud. The cloud will handle the database in easy way. While storing the database, it occur some concerns in the cloud. To avoid the circumstance, the big data will use. With the help of the bid data, we can store the huge amount of information and handle the information in secure way and hidden the duplicate content in an efficient way. The main characteristic of the big data is volume, variety, velocity, variability. The Big Data brings the multiple benefits. The benefits are the business can utilize the outside intelligence of the internet facilities during making decision on time like the big data can access the social data in an efficient way and access the search engines and online sites to gather the information. It can enable to tune their organizations and business strategies. It helps to improve the customer services in the data like when the customer gives the feedback to the technologies, at that time the big data will help to read the feedback information and evaluate the customer responses. This will helps to identify the risk to the products and also services and can improve the better operational efficiency. It will help to moving one data into the other data warehouse. With the help of the Big Data can reduce the cost reductions, to reduce time consuming, to make the smart decision of the organizations. This smart make decision which finds out the root cause of failures in the network, issues and also defects in the real time operations in the network, to detecting the fraudulent behavior and also risks in the organizations.

IntroductionIn current world, educational system is one of the main aspects in this world. The field which helps to the people for learn their language and to develop their knowledge and the skills. Without the education, no one can survive this life in successfully. This will help to develop their nation in reached the goal in economic way. Each and every people should have to learn the education in classroom or online. Since the education system is still going on traditional standard method like the student sit in the classroom and learn the syllabus and write the assignments and exams in regularly. Nowadays, this traditional standard method is not suitable for our current society because our nation is developing in daily. We should accommodate and knowledge our skills for society. To avoid the circumstances, many people introduced the web based online class, online class, distance learning class is developed. Using this approach, we can create the online courses and also the curriculum activities. It will help their students can develop their skills and improve their knowledge independently not only studies and but also extra curricular activities.
Significance of the ResearchAs we know that, the big data plays an emerging role in our education system because our education learning system is growing faster. Student can learn the course in classroom is not possible for current situations. Using this method and approach, student can learn independently without need any classroom and the professor. This will help to learn himself or herself in online at anytime and anywhere. He can ask their doubts and queries in online and post the feedback through the online system. It would processed by using the big data. The big data is used to store the information and store the huge amount of data in order-wise and hidden the irrelevant data and remove the duplicate content. With the help of the technologies, student can access the data and download the materials through the online. This approach will be used to get the information high speed with more effective manner.
Originality of the ApproachThe originality of the approach is change the traditional method learning system is moved into the smart learning system. This Smart learning system process which helps the student to learn their subject and also he can also interact with the other students and professors about their queries at anytime. This method can achieve more efficiently and give more flexible to the students. Big data helps to analyze the data in internet and finding the solutions for processing this data to deal efficiently and form the customized the learning system. Sometimes, the student accessed the course and moves the information to cloud services and this service may arise the complex situations like change the ordered content, include the repeated content, etc. this big data which removes this circumstance and will expand through the collaboration of the world. It can be evident for raising the data controls, security measures and provide the safety in search the information through the internet.

Using the cloud computing and big data we can create the smart campus for learning purpose. The big data is used to store the huge amount of data, analyze the mass data, handle the data in efficient way, to remove the data for the duplicate content in the database. Additionally it does that for mining the data, to provide the distributed data, to provide the distributed file system, and process the database in massively the database. Cloud computing is used to store the data and additionally it perform the database like parallel computing, distributed computing, high availability, to load the balance of the data, utility of the computing network technology, and also store the network technologies. The combination of the two technologies would provide the smart technologies. The technologies are providing the online classroom, to create the virtual environment, to provide the digital libraries, smart safe campus, and saving the green energy of the smart campus environment. This environment is connected to the technology and enhances the database through the internet. Both the students and lectures can use this system and can share the details of the system.

This paper is based on how to evaluate the system and predict the system for the radical multi dimensional e-learning system by using the cluster based mining techniques. The lectures are difficult to handle all the student details. Sometimes, the data may loss and it becomes more inconvenient for the handling the data. So to overcome the circumstance, this paper provides the multi dimensional e-learning system. In the existing technology, they used the some parameter to create the system. The parameters are decision tree, neural network, naïve Bayes, and k nearest neighbor technology and support the vector machine. Now the big data will provide the system and to perform the system and evaluated by the regression and classification. Mainly the data mining are preprocessing the data and evaluate the data using regression, classification and clustering methods. Classification is used to classify the data in the database and collect the data to target the categories in the database and to find out the student performance. The main aim of the classification is to predict the data for each class and it would indicate the numerical data uses of regression algorithm. Regression I used to predict the variables and the variable include both the dependent and independent variables. The analysis includes the aggression, factor analysis, clustering, and discriminate analysis. The clustering system is used to cluster the data in the database and analyze the data using the neural network.

Students learn the materials through the online and develop their knowledge and also skills by using virtual learning instead of classroom class and written in the topics in classroom and read the materials. To avoid this online guide materials and the classroom learning process, this paper develops the learner activity engagement using big data. Nowadays, there are many learner process are there. It helps to generated the data using learner system but it have some concerns about the learner system process, they introduced the new approach and this approach is used to provide the engaged process into the meaningful data according to the given information. This process provides the system to against the performance. The learner activity engagement system process provides the 6 categories. Based on the 6 categories, the learner activity engagement systems become more efficient to the students. Based on the category students can learn the process in an efficient way. The categories are individual activity, collaborative activity, informative resources, resources, formative assessment and summative assessments.

This process provides to enhance the education establishment to make the decision support. Using the hadoop distributed file system sources in the system to distribute the unstructured data which moves into the big data engine. This unstructured data contains email, audits, logs, and data from field’s sensor ID, RFID etc. and then the data moves into the master nodes and also the query will process and stored into the master node. This system establish the planning to improve the class room teaching, to enhancing delivery, to help achieving learning outcomes and gives the valid inputs for the student success for using the electro encephalography (EEG) sensors. This sensor is used to collect the data in the fields.

Sometimes, the Non-technical electricity losses issues due to illegal person can access the power utilizes. This paper approached the new method, to avoid the non technical losses using the supervised learning system. This approach has been developed and tested in all smart data meter of all industrial and commercial purpose. This smart record can record the information in particular field such as energy assumption alarms and electrical magnitude and then the information is going to clean the data process and then it goes into the extractor. Based on the extractor, the information can be classified as energy assumption, alarms, and electrical magnitude. After extract the information then the data moves into data preprocessing phase to create the details, to describe the validate process and test the dataset. After processing those processes, those processes are selected into the evaluation phase. After evaluating the data process, again the process will be tested based on some algorithm. This algorithm can detect the non technical data loss and prevent the data loss in industrial and commercial purpose using smart meter.

This paper proposed the new method, to provide the urban game data sets to provide the learning, demonstrating and practical approach. The approach provides the appathon challenge, this challenge can motivate the students to develop their unique projects and also to improve their skills. Appathon challenge is like the hackathon project, where teams can develop the application using some design languages. This challenge will only conduct for the school children to innovate the urban culture. This culture which brings the platform to the youngsters and it can be used for less technical knowledge people for improving their skills. This system is called as traditional education systems. But our current generations, those web based course and the online materials is not suit for them. To overcome this circumstance, the paper proposed a new approach using machine learning and big data approach for Mooc in higher education. This new approach aimed to develop the course curriculum for the online education. Mooc is abbreviated as Mass open online program contains the Instructional level and this level is like an instructional level can teach the subject to the students through the online. After finishing the course, it provides the certificate through online and also provides the learning activities and learning network. The layer of the Mooc system consists of volume, velocity, variety, verification and value. Using this system, the students can attend the quiz, video, text, projects, etc to develop their skills
Research GapThe above research paper and the existing approach had described the learning system and their uses. But it is not efficient to perform it. Still it needs more high performance in education and to increase the reliability and provide the interoperability of the applications. To increase the efficiency of Big Data, some new methodology approach has been introduced to get high performance in the education learning System.
Aim of the ResearchThe main aim of the research is develop the student’s skills and their knowledge by using the big data. Let us discuss the different approaches and method for increasing the efficiency in education system using the Big Data.
Materials and MethodsTo Boost the education and the framework
This paper speaks the methodology to boost the system framework. Using this methodology, the system takes actions to change the database of the education system. This will help to the students to gain the skills and knowledge. There are large number of broad band connectivity are available in the school. With the help of the broad band connectivity, the students learn the subject in independently manner. This makes the people mind with the simplicity and interest. The main purpose of the paper is developed and implements the frame work of smart class management system using the e learning technologies. With the help of the system it can increase the quality of the education system for society and lifelong learning environment. There is no need of classroom and lab assessment. It will overcome the technologies to provide the interactive learning system. Student can login their ID, visit the study materials and listen the 3D audio and videos. This will be helpful for every student to learn the system in anytime and anywhere. He can directly post the assignment and quiz in classroom. Inside the mart management system, the students can enable to post the queries and their feedback in their classroom. It can be helpful for the lecturers regards to the subject.
To evalaute the smart learning system
This paper explains how to design the smart learning system. As we know that, the smart learning system helps the students to learn the syllabus the online. Smart learning is nothing but, the location based, context aware and video on demand. The students can learn the subject through the database. Let us discuss the how the system will design. We need the two database system for creating the smart learning system. The first one is client system and anther one is server system. In the server system, the system consists of a web server, delivery system and database server system. The main aim of the database system is store the database details in effective manner. In the delivery system, the component consists of streaming server, game, virtual reality, augmented reality, context aware. In the learning manager consists of evaluation, blog, debate learning program, assignment system, bulletin system, authentication system. Using the data type, the system will develop and install web server applications.
To Analyze the Data Mining and Big Data Framework for the e-Learning Environment
The aim of the research is establish the smart learning system by using the big data. With the help of the big data, the system will maintain the details in order wise and eliminate the duplicate content in the database. Normally the e-learning system consist of user interaction, technology support, sharing the information ad transfer the information through the internet, and can able to store the information to the big data, and retrieve the information through the database. Compared to the big data system, normally the system has assessment planning, performance training, evaluation, management, collaboration. The more advancement of the big data helps to extract the useful patterns in the database. It can extract the large volume of database in the environment and provide the organized data and fetch the data in the database and helps to detect the authenticated data. The process of extract the database for the education framework is follows the number of steps. The steps are prediction, visualization, data clustering, to detect the data in the database, after detect the data in the database to process the data in the database whether it is not content or not. Using this parameter, we can develop the best e learning system. The student can learn easily and develop their skills.
To discuss the Big Data and the Cloud Computing
The combination of Big data and cloud computing is used to store the database in effective manner. Cloud computing is used to store the data through the internet. We can access the data from anything to anywhere from the cloud service provider. Additionally, the big data is added to the cloud database. It can help the database whether it is valid or not and analyze the database the whether it is authenticated or not and check the data whether it contains the duplicate or not. With the help of the database, we can store the database and hide the repeated content, and also remove the duplicate content. It provides the high performance of the data and has the complex patterns of the data. So the hackers should not track and hack the authenticated information.
Using cluster based technology for prdicting the Radical Multi dimensional e- learning
As we already discussed the smart learning framework and how to design the e-learning framework system. This paper explains the smart learning framework using the big data. Initially the e –learning framework is developed based on the few criteria. The criteria are to provide the standard syllabus in each subject, to analyze the evaluation criteria, for storing the data, for accessing the data, to manage the data, to transmit the data, to store the data, and provide the technology of the data. But in the big data, the big data provide the effective learning environment, instant connectivity of the internet, to provide the wide availability of the devices and the infrastructures, user interface, simple interface. It reaches the high interactivity, broad band reach of the internet connectivity and makes the real time changes in the environment, monitoring the performances and further empowered technologies as well as helps to distinguish the e- learning environments. The framework describes the three technologies such as smart devices, smart data transmission and the smart applications. For creating the applications, this application consists of fat data for connecting, data framework, and the extraction layer.
Using Big Data to handle the E- Learning syste
This paper explains how to handle the big data in e-learning. The big data is handled the data and preprocessing the data in two types. There are structured and unstructured the data and these data are enhancing the performance of big data processing in the education systems. Students can learn and develop their skills by using the e-learning and also distance learning system. They can store the huge amount of information based on the approach of the big data. The approaches are clustered network attached storage. This infrastructure has several NAS “pods”. Each pod interconnects to the NAS and allows searching the data and providing the mass amount of sharing. So students can use the e-learning applications. The applications are web based learning, computer based learning, virtual classroom and the digital collaborations. Students used these applications to access the data, to gain the specific knowledge and information’s.
Using Future Internet Approach for improving the Big Data
This paper explains to improve the efficiency of the Big Data on Research and Education networks using the Future Internet Approach. As we know that, the network analysis is one of the main aspects in the network world. It can operate the network and maintain the network and to collect the information through the online from the router and to analyze the problem using some net flow tool. The network analysis which generates the large amount of the data in the particular field and it can provide the information. In this paper, they described the hadoop technologies, and this technology is used to store and process the analysis of the network range and improves the network management. This technology which operates the simple network topology using the topology and the admin will monitor the details in an effective way. It consists of two topologies one is backbone layer and another one is distribution layer. The content centric network is used to analyze the network patterns and discover the hidden patterns and find the complex pattern and also discover the network data in the whole network. In CCN, the backbone router which collects the information into the net-flow collector and then it goes to the hadoop cluster in the backbone node. Likewise, the distributor collector topology, it can send the information into the hadoop cluster in the distribution node. Using this hadoop model, it can improve the big data on research and education network in the world 15Data CollectionData collection is nothing but, to gather the information and measuring the information on the target data files. It mainly focused on the information on the particular files. Using the data collection principle, the Big Data used to collect the data and measure the information from the internet. There are many principles and algorithms are discussed in this paper. Using this technology, the student used the technology and creates the skills and their knowledge. The recent trends announced that, data mining is developed for the education to make the creativity and store the huge amount of details through the online. Apart from the education field, the big data will help to real time environment for storing and handling the data in the applications. With the help of the applications, it increase the business processes. It can achieve to targeting customers and understanding the human mind thinking, business process, to qualify the personal qualifications and to perform the optimizations. It can increase the public health and improve the health care applications. It can be used in various applications field like sports, education, medical, science and research, and to optimize the machine and device performance, to secure the cities in the applications, and financial trading. Even though there are many real time fields are used but in the education field is major played for this application. Based on the three rules, the rules such as data analysis, data inclusions and data collection, we have create the better organization and to provide the better smart learning system and can detect the cost estimation of the one better smart learning online education system organization. With the help of the system, the system can access the information at anywhere in anywhere and store the materials, assignment and also quizzes in online. The system can provide the student to make the decision making rights. Using the rights, students can develop their skills and the knowledge in independently.

This approach is too crucial for the real time applications because this network analysis has to operate, maintain the network and collect the data from the router to server to analyze the problem using net flow tool approach. This approach generates the large amount of data. So using the hadoop technologies, we have stored and processed the analysis of data and improve the network management in the world. This network management operates on a simple network topology and consists of two topologies one is backbone layer and another one is distribution layer and also supports the whole network technology. It provides the content centric network and this network is used to analyze the router area and discover the new patterns and solves the hidden patterns in the files through the network. Finally the CCN, backbone router from the network to collect the information into the net flow collector and then it goes to the hadoop cluster in backbone node of the network area. It notes the each and every information from the router and collects and provide those the information in the particular networks. Similarly, this distributor collector can send the information into the hadoop cluster in the distribution node. Using the hadoop cluster in the distribution mode can improve the big data on research and education network in the world. This will helps to find the future resource and helps for the students to develop their skills and the knowledge about the syllabus. Since our nation is still going, so day by day the skills should have developed. Based on the society and our economic marketing, the students should have developed their skills by using the big data.
ConclusionWe conclude that, Big Data is one of the emerging technologies in the world. Using this technology, we have discussed and implemented in our project. It helps to store the huge amount of information in the database, and to detect the database whether it contains the duplicate content is presented or not, to hide the repeated content. In this big data we have discussed many approach, using the approach, we had discussed an algorithms for how to provide the efficient learning environment. We can change the standard learning system into smart learning education system. With the help of the system, the students can learn the subject in anywhere at any time without depend on any other. He can studied and download the materials and ask their queries to the professors in online. Using the big data, we can calculate the cost estimation for creating the one better smart learning system organization. This will help for the administrator and know about the one better organization estimation.
