SPSS statistical software was used to conduct the statistical analysis in order to inspect the Brand Loyalty .
Independent T-test Statisctis was carried out and other factors were used as the independent variables to see if any statistically significant differences will be observed among different groups in their perception concerning the given items. One-Way ANOVA test was used on SPSS to examine if any statistically significant differences will be observed among other groups which are illustrated in this research and questionnaire form The principle of the study is to find the relation between brand loyalty and its determinants such as brand trust, service quality and brand communication. Therefore this research provides a chance for the subjected readers to perceive the importance of brand loyalty in North Cyprus.In my step, this thesis is the first study which is aimed to determinate the brand loyalty images and its factors for costumers when they are making purchasing decision
