The business which can operate is controlled by legislation. Also consumer protection regulation Sales and Supply of Goods Act – states that goods must be satisfactory quality.The new regulation ban traders in sectors from using unfair commercial practices towards consumers. Numbers of rules set by the board explain when commercial practices are unfair.
The Unfair Trading Regulation 2008 – states that it’s illegal to make misleading claims about the business, state onto the leaflets or brochure – illegal or false statement.
