The study was conducted to determine the relationships between those factors: jobsatisfaction, loyalty, motivation, commitment of talent at commercial banks. This researchconducted with survey of 882 bank’s talent at 115 branches and offices of severalcommercial banks in Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces in the Southeast regionduring the period of December 2016 to April 2017. This study used descriptive statistics andfactor analysis to confirm the positive relationships of the above factors and the final resultsupported this. The results also showed that the relationship between motivation and loyaltyis the strongest, while the relationship between Loyalty and Commitment is very weak.
