That is why, the specific syntactical arrangement consists of different stylistic devices – repetition, inversion, chiasmus, parallelism, enumeration, etc.Stylistic devices in mostly all languages are similar, but the meaning of the similar devices in the speeches may vary. Equal stylistic devices have different usage in different languages; they fulfill different functions, therefore, have different significance in stylistic structure of the language and this explains their necessity when there are transformations in translation. The stylistic changes have the same necessity as grammatical or lexical. While applying some grammatical or lexical transformation in translation the translator should follow the rule of translating grammatical of lexical meaning. But when translating stylistic meaning of the text a translator should follow the rule of making in translation the same effect that was meant in the original text.
