There is a difference between working relationships and personal relationships. A working relationship is very different to a personal relationship. A working relationship means a relationship with a work colleague , you don’t get a choice with who you work with and when working your colleague you have codes of conduct and workplace policies and procedures to follow, you are both working towards goals that will benefit the residents and the workplace. On the other hand a personal relationship would be more friendly and informal.
This could be a friend, family member and a romantic relationship. Personal relationship means communicating informally.
