These employees are those whose minimum working hours are 20 per week and 40 in two weeks. Our company will also offer benefits to part time employees but they will get limited benefits. Pension plan will not offer to part timers. If part time workers want to change their status in employment they will have to inform to human resource department of the BADM-G warehousing company.
? Temporary workersLike every company our company may need temporary workers during peak season. We will hire temporary workers according to the work needs. These workers are hired with an agreement between employer and employee. They can work regular but when their contract will over their work schedule will be stop.
