This study will be conducted at Alamanda Shopping Mall, Putrajaya. In Alamanda Shopping Mall contains a lot of food retailer and food court in this area. The shopping mall are very crowded with people that make food court and food retailer in the mall become profitable. This shopping mall are very strategic place for people because of the surrounding area are the surrounded by a lot of luxury apartment. These study will be conducted at five (5) difference food premises in the Alamanda shopping center.
The study will be carried on in Alamanda Shopping Centre, Putrajaya which will consist 280 correspondent in a food retailer. The 280 correspondent include all the food workers in five (5) difference food premises in the Alamanda shopping center. The 280 correspondent were determined by the previous study, (Antonio, Foddai, Grant & Moira, 2016) which enable the data collection to be significant.
